Who is responsible

Information we use

We use your contact details, order information, chosen name and number, gift details where supplied, payment references and support correspondence to process purchases, personalise artwork, deliver download links and respond to you. Website and security logs help us operate and protect the service. Stripe handles payment card information.

Processing necessary to fulfil an order is based on our contract with you. We also process information to meet legal obligations and, where appropriate, our legitimate interests in security and resolving support queries. Optional analytics use your consent. If you do not provide the information necessary for an order, we cannot fulfil it.

Service providers

We use providers including Vercel for hosting and file storage, Neon for database hosting, Stripe for payments and Resend for transactional email. They receive information needed for their services. Optional website analytics may use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics when configured and accepted. Providers may process information outside the UK; applicable data protection safeguards must be in place.

Storage and retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, meet accounting or legal obligations and resolve disputes. A download link’s 30-day expiry does not mean that all associated order information is deleted at that time. Contact us for information about the records held for your order or to request deletion where applicable.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies and browser storage support your bag, account and security. Optional analytics and campaign attribution are enabled only after you choose Allow analytics. You can choose Essential only or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Browser settings also let you remove stored data, but this may clear your bag or sign you out.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy. You can withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
