Personalised digital downloads

We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds policy beyond your statutory rights. Our products are personalised digital files, so there is no physical item to return. This does not affect any legal right to cancel or any remedy you are entitled to if the file is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Contact us about your order

Email dave@totalfootballprints.co.uk with your order reference, the email used at checkout and a description of the problem. Please do not send payment card details. There is no physical item to return.

Cancellation rights

For digital content bought online, a 14-day cancellation right may apply. This right is only lost when supply begins after your express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel will be lost. Personalisation alone does not mean that we can automatically remove your rights for a digital download.

To request cancellation, send us a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your order reference and order date. We will assess your request under your applicable statutory rights. Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal timeframe, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Problems with the file

Your statutory rights apply if digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correcting the file or a refund where required. These terms do not restrict those rights.

Check the spelling, number and size before paying. If you notice a mistake afterwards, contact us promptly so we can assess what can be corrected.
